Refund Policy

Refund Policy:
Cancellations made ≥72 hrs before the appointment receive a full refund. Cancellations <72 hrs may be rescheduled once but are non-refundable. No refunds after a physical/service is completed or if certification is denied for medical reasons. Missed appointments are non-refundable. Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days.
